Before use, adjust the pressure gauge according to the test requirements of the specimen. Adjustment method: The pressure gauge has an adjustment knob in the center of the glass. Its upper and lower limits are set using a flat-blade screwdriver. Turn the upper limit pointer to the specified test pressure and the lower limit pointer to 0.1 MPa less than the upper limit. During operation, when the required pressure (upper limit) is reached, the pressure automatically stops. If leakage or water seepage causes the pressure to drop to a certain value (lower limit), the air pump automatically restarts to replenish pressure. For example, if the test pressure is 0.3 MPa, adjust the upper limit pointer to 0.3 on the dial on the center outer ring of the gauge case, then use a screwdriver to turn the lower limit pointer to 0.2.

To use, loosen and remove the pressure rings from the three permeable trays, unscrew the water inlet cap, close the drain valve, and slowly pour clean water into the inlet until the container is 2/3 full. Open valves "1," "2," and "3" (0 is the drain valve) respectively. Water will flow out of the center water inlet hole until the permeable trays are completely filled. Then, tighten the water inlet cap.

Plug in the power cord and turn on the power switch. The air pump will begin to inject pressurized gas into the container, and the pressurization indicator will illuminate.

Pressurization will automatically stop when the pressure reaches the specified level, and the constant pressure indicator will illuminate. After the test is completed within the specified time, unscrew the water inlet cap to release the pressure, loosen the pressure ring, and remove the test piece. The test is complete.
