Wholesale Soil Creep Test System Stress-Controlled Triaxial Rheological Tester Manufacturer, Pricelist

The soil creep test system is a stress-controlled triaxial soil creep test instrument independently developed by our company based on current standards and specifications, and with reference to relevant domestic and international literature.
This Creep Testing Machine is primarily used for triaxial creep compression testing of soils to study their creep properties. When paired with related test equipment, it can also perform K0 lateral pressure coefficient creep tests, pore pressure creep tests, and uniaxial soil creep tests.

Product Description

Test Purpose

Long-term triaxial creep compression tests are conducted on various soil types under varying confining pressures and stress ratios. The creep coefficients of various soil types are determined using a viscoelastic rheological model at non-destructive conditions. A variable compliance model is also used to simulate creep behavior at failure. The strength, deformation characteristics, deformation rate, and time-dependent factors of the soil under various conditions are measured, providing a general basis for predicting the long-term mechanical stability of the soil. The effects of varying confining pressures on soil creep deformation are analyzed to analyze the time-dependent deformation of the soil.
